Upcoming Shazam! Trailer Includes a Scene from Zack Snyder?

After Aquaman, Shazam! is the next movie to be released under the DCEU banner. A trailer is expected to drop on the 19th, and some new info suggests that the preview has a shot that comes from Batman v Superman helmer Zack Snyder.

While I'm guessing that it's old footage from a previous project, I'm half-hoping that it's something completely new that Snyder helped make. Ever since he left Justice League, it seems that Snyder has been dropped by WB from the DCEU franchise; a move which a good chunk of the fans disagrees with. I myself admit that BvS had its problems, but Snyder had every right to finish Justice League how he saw fit.

So what did Snyder contribute to Shazam!? We don't know. Best we can do is wait till the 19th and have someone tell us which part was Snyder's. If they don't give him a project to helm on his own, I would still love to see him onboard the DCEU as a producer. Maybe WB can hire him to finish his Snyder cut of Justice League so the fans can shut up about it.

Shazam! is set to hit theaters April 5.
