A lot of fans were admittedly disappointed when the Han Solo season was announced and it barely had any Solo related updates, but the second patch has been announced, and it brings a ton of material from the latest Star Wars Story.
Push it! Delve into thrilling content inspired by Solo: A Star Wars Story™ in Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II, when the Han Solo Season continues starting June 12. Venture into the winding mines of Kessel as young Han Solo and the rest of the Millennium Falcon crew and much more.
Not only do we get new skins, but we also have an entirely new map that puts us in the spice mines of Kessell. We also get to control Lando's version of the Falcon. I'm curious though, if it comes with any new power ups.
As for skins, we get more than just young Han and Lando. We have Chewbacca with the double bandolier and goggles, as well as both young Han and Lando having two skins each!
With a lot of complaints going around in the fan community that DICE isn't stepping up on its promise to release regular content, this Solo upgrade is definitely going to restore some faith with the fans. After a disastrous launch last year, Star Wars Battlefront II is slowly trying to prove that it's worthy of being a Star Wars game.
The second Han Solo patch goes active on June 12.
