Tyler Posey Finally Addresses Upcoming Teen Wolf Movie

In case you missed it, we're finally getting a follow-up on Teen Wolf in the form of a new movie starring the original cast. But what is it like returning as the adult versions of the teenaged characters in the MTV series? Tyler Posey has finally addressed his return in the upcoming film and not surprisingly, the lead star has some mixed feelings about the revival.

Posey played Alpha werewolf, Scott McCall, in Teen Wolf from 2011 to 2017 and there is little doubt that he has grown so much since the show concluded. However, Posey admitted to Entertainment Weekly that he never grew tired of his character.

"I'm just excited to play this character again. I miss him, I love him," Posey said. He then pointed out that Scott has also changed so much since he last played the character.

"We were in high school for what seemed like 10 years," Posey said. "I'm excited to see them age and get out of high school. High school was such a character in itself on the show, so I'm excited to see how it's going to be without that sort of character of a school involved."

So what is that going to be like? "It will be interesting... I think as long as we have the element of a really great relationship, whether it's friends or romantic, then everything else kind of falls into place," Posey said.

Posey is not the only main character who is expected to return in the Teen Wolf movie. Fans are also hyped up about Love and Monsters star Dylan O'Brien reprising his role as Scott's best friend Stiles Stilinski. In addition to that, Stiles' jeep, which was an unofficial character in the series, will be brought back in the new film.

The Teen Wolf movie has not yet been given an official release date. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
