If you were one of the people who drove into theaters to watch Venom: Let There Be Carnage, there's a good chance you were blown away by what happened in the sequel. After all, the film concluded with a jaw-dropping post-credits scene that had entire cinemas in shocked excitement. Interestingly, Tom Holland is also curious about what happens in the movie. The Spider-Man: No Way Home star has just shared his awesome reaction to the Tom Hardy flick.
Venom 2 finally hit theaters on October 1 and Holland was one of the thousands of people who were hyped up for the opening night. The Avengers: Endgame star decided to share a poster for the sequel in his Instagram stories along with an intriguing note.
"Tonight's the night. Can't wait to see this. Congrats @andyserkis, @tomhardy, and @sonypictures. Are the rumours true?" Holland wrote.
Although Holland doesn't indicate which rumors are supposedly true, fans who watched Venom 2 know exactly what he's talking about. MAJOR SPOILERS FROM HERE, PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
In the Venom 2 post-credits scene, Eddie Brock and Venom are transported into a strange room where they watch the news report of J. Jonah Jameson revealing Spider-Man's identity. It pretty much confirms a future interaction between Eddie and Peter Parker.
But does it mean Eddie and Venom will be in No Way Home? Fans are convinced this is happening but others also believe that a Spider-Man vs Venom crossover is in the works. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
