Tom Holland Gets A Bag Of Spider-Man’s Remains From Infinity War Fans

Warning: This article contains spoilers for Avengers: Infinity War.

A lot of the members of the Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy fell victim to Thanos' finger-snapping massacre in Avengers: Infinity War, but Spider-Man's (Tom Holland) death stood out as one of the most moving scenes in the superhero crossover movie.

A lot of fans were moved by the web-slinger's final moments with Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), so much so that some even decided to give Tom Holland Spider-Man's ashes as a gift.

Attending this year's Comicpalooza in Texas, Holland had a photo-op with a few students who actually brought him a bag full of Peter Parker's remains as a little gift. Though some might think that the bag was filled with dust, it was filled with sand, making fun of how Spider-Man turned to dust after Thanos snapped his finger in the first installment in Marvel's two-part Avengers movie.

In the picture, Holland pretends to frown while holding the bag of sand, though the fans in the photo say that the Marvel actor broke out laughing when they explained what the bag was supposed to be. Though some celebrities might have felt a little bit strange receiving a bag of sand from a group of students, Holland seems to be taking everything in stride.

Avengers: Infinity War is currently screening in cinemas.
