Tom Brady shuts down the claims that he will once again come out of retirement and return to the field. In a post on Twitter on Tuesday, March 7, the football icon revealed he's now too busy with his new job as a kitten nanny.

Brady reposted a tweet that said NFL Network anchor Rich Eisen claimed he might not be "done after all" and might return to play for the National Football League. From there, he revealed he had "no time to come back."

The former quarterback made a hilarious reply to the comeback rumors.

"Anyone who thinks I have time to come back to the NFL has never adopted a 2 month old kitten for their daughter," he tweeted.

According to E! News, the kitten in question is a Siamese mix named Poka, seen on his Instagram when his daughter, Vivian, took over her dad's account on February 27.

"Poke is my name," the first post on the seven-time Super Bowl champion's Instagram Story read with a snap of the little feline. "Drinking out of Vivi's water is my game."

"Nap time!!!" the post read. "(Btw This is Vivi on dad's phone)."

Brady revealed in a clip that he adopted Poke and another kitten in a post on February 15, and his youngest child was behind it.

"Vivi wins again," the 45-year-old captioned the post on Instagram Story. "This is what my mornings are like now. They are in good, loving hands."
