Titles for First Four Episodes of Star Wars Resistance Revealed

As September nears the end, we get closer to the premiere of Star Wars Resistance. We already have some great trailer and featurettes which introduce us to the characters, but now the titles of the first four episodes have somehow leaked online.

This comes from German site Jedi Bibliothek (via Star Wars News Net), and here are the titles:

• 1.01 – The Recruit (airs Oct. 7)
• 1.02 – The Triple Dark (airs (Oct. 14)
• 1.03 – Fuel for the Fire (airs Oct. 21)
• 1.04 – The High Tower (air Oct. 28)

The title of the first episode could no doubt be referring to protagonist Kazuda Iono as he's recruited by the Resistance to spy on the First Order. We don't really know what the other titles mean, but I guess that the Triple Dark is a name of a racing team (so far we know Team Fireball and the Aces), and Fuel for the Fire could be a hint at the line from The Last Jedi, "We are the spark that'll light the fire that'll burn the First Order down."

I'll admit, I wasn't a fan of the animation when the first teaser came out, but as more featurettes got released, I'm slowly warming up to the series. Some of the characters actually look pretty cool; I guess when it comes down to it, it will just be a manner of execution.

Then again, most of these haters seem to forget that the show isn't really aimed for them, but for the kids who are still getting into Star Wars. If anything, reactions for Star Wars Rebels were pretty much the same, but by the time the show ended, the fandom had grown to love the show as well.

No doubt the same could happen for Resistance.
