In Titans Season 4, Episode 10, Conner becomes the CEO of LexCorp with Sebastian by his side. He gives a speech about LexCorp’s influence growing across the globe through technical innovation.

The Titans watch his speech on TV, and Rachel thinks that Conner’s playing Lex and teaming up with Sebastian. However, Dick says that he’s too smart for that and that he’s working an angle.

Bernard says that Conner does the whole bald-headed, charming psychopath thing very well, and Tim wonders if they have to go up against Conner if he is indeed working with Sebastian.

Conner helps Sebastian with his game called “Abraxus”, promising that LexCorp will distribute his game to anything running LexOS. This excites Sebastian, however, Conner was only doing so in order to earn Sebastian’s trust.

While Sebastian was away, Conner sneaks into his office and tries to destroy Trigon’s horn with heat vision, but he fails. Conner texts with Mercy Graves, looking for a way to stop Sebastian.

Mercy suggests that the horn is indestructible and that Conner should stay away from him, but the latter argues that Sebastian trusting him means that he is in control. He then asks Mercy to find him a way to destroy Sebastian.

Sebastian’s game Abraxus becomes an instant hit, with the game becoming a global phenomenon in eight hours. But there was actually something behind the game’s code. It turns out, Abraxus allows Sebastian to feed on the players.

The game somehow drains the life force of the players and allows Sebastian to become more powerful. Sebastian regards the players as martyrs for their cause, saying that their deaths will mean something and that they will live forever in him.

The look on Conner’s face shows regret, and he realizes he’s made a mistake.

Bernard gets affected after playing the game, and Tim discovers that what’s happening to him is happening to people all over the world.

Tim tries to hack into the LexCorp servers, but Sebastian blocks his access. However, Conner uses his super speed to give Tim access without Sebastian noticing. Thus, the hack becomes successful and Abraxus is destroyed.

Everyone thinks that Tim successfully hacked LexCorp’s servers. However, Dick says that he had a look at the event protocol for Tim’s hack and discovered that they didn’t break LexCorp’s security; someone over there let them in.

Dick then says “I think the new CEO of LexCorp is on our side”. However, Mercy sends Conner a text message which reads: “I found a way to destroy them. ‘Mr. Luthor.’”

There is a big chance that the word “them” refers to the Titans. Thus, we can’t be entirely sure that Conner is still on the Titans’ side.

However, before the series finale, it was revealed that Conner did not betray the Titans. In Episode 11, he apologizes to the Titans for his actions and asks if he could help them defeat Brother Blood.

But while Conner tries to use an orb against Sebastian, the latter kills him. In the series finale, Conner is resurrected by the Titans through Red Kryptonite.

While the Titans struggle to defeat Brother Blood, Superboy appears and defeats the villain using his heat vision and super punch.

So, in the end, Superboy did not betray the Titans. He just did what he thought was necessary.
