Those White Suits From Avengers: Endgame Have a Name and It's Not What You Think

One of the more interesting details revealed from the Avengers: Endgame marketing has been those red and white suits. Many fans feel like these suits will be used for time travel since we don't see our heroes wear them while in the Milano. Fans have joked about these red and white suits, comparing them to the outfits that the Power Rangers wear, but no one knows what they are called.

Until now. And it's really disappointing.

For those expecting something like Quantum Realm Suits or Avenge the Fallen Suits, Kevin Feige told io9 that these are simply called "the team suits." Ugh. There are bachelor parties less disappointing than the name of these outfits.

THEN AGAIN, this is Kevin Feige, so the man could be pulling our tail and we could get something fancier. Admittedly, the name makes sense since it gives the team matching colors and a common logo shared by everyone (making them less special), so the name is appropriate.

Even the Power Rangers had different colors…

Anyway, here's Feige's disappointing (on purpose?) explanation:

"We call them the team suits. And we early on decided [revealing them] was a big differentiating factor between [Endgame] and the other films. The Avengers have never had matching outfits before, [so] we thought it was a very intriguing image to see something that made this film feel new.[We had to] make it feel more than justInfinity War II. Because it's not. Those team suits add something fresh to it. As does Hawkeye, as does Captain Marvel. As does Scott Lang."

Avengers: Endgame comes out on April 26. The name "team suits," sucks.
