Jar Jar Binks is probably the most divisive character in the Star Wars universe. First introduced in The Phantom Menace back in 1999, it's no secret that while there are some who appreciate the Gungan, most fans weren't fond of him. That said, maybe a baby version of the character could change your thoughts about Jar Jar, even just a little.

Jar Jar Binks was intended as somewhat of a comic relief character in The Phantom Menace by the Star Wars creator himself, George Lucas. However, the Gungan might have gone too cartoonish as expected.

Opposite of that character is The Mandalorian's very own Baby Yoda. The Child is loved by many Star Wars fans and the general public ever since it was introduced in the series. Now, a Binks fanart inspired by the adorable creature was recently shared by artist Leonardo Viti, showing what the Gungan would have looked like as a baby. You can check it out below!

This was the same artist who made the Baby Jabba fanart. Given the character's original look, which isn't exactly appealing, the baby version of him is oddly adorable.

While it is merely just a concept, a Baby Jar Jar isn't likely to make an appearance in future Star Wars projects or another baby of that matter. That said, it would be interesting to see and learn more about Gungans in future stories.
