The upcoming Magic: The Gathering set Theros Beyond Death will bring back a cycle of five rare lands that produce two different colors of mana, and today Channelfireball has revealed those cards with new art.

Check out "Temple of Enlightenment", "Temple of Deceit", "Temple of Malice", "Temple of Abandon", and "Temple of Plenty".

With the five other Temple lands from Core Set 2020, the reprinting of this cycle of lands will bring all of them in the Standard format once again. Throne of Eldraine didn't print any dual lands so this cycle of temples will definitely help multicolored decks have a better manabase.

In addition to those five lands, other Theros Beyond Death cards were revealed today, including "Underworld Breach":

I'm not sure if this card is going to be viable in competitive Standard format but having a card that lets you bring back any nonland card from the graveyard can be great lategame if you can pay for the Escape costs. This card will probably see more play in Commander format but some Standard players might sideboard this card against slower decks.

You can check out the other cards revealed earlier today here.

Theros Beyond Death, the 83rd Magic: The Gathering expansion, is set to release on January 24, 2020. Prerelease events will take place on January 17-19.
