While neither Hope nor Grossman has formally acknowledged the rumor, The Young and the Restless actors' Instagram accounts show they are a couple. Given their previous relationships, it's understandable that the two would prefer to keep this private.
Hope formerly dated Chad Duell from General Hospital for five years before marrying him in October 2021. However, the couple split less than two months after their wedding. Duell then stated that he and Hope were not legally married because they did not sign the marriage certificate.

Grossman and Sharon Case, who portrays Adam's ex-wife Sharon Newman, were romantically linked in the past. Grossman joined the show in May 2019, at which point the two started dating.
Although Case revealed they were dating when he appeared on the 90210MG podcast in 2021, Grossman and Case kept their relationship private. Although people noted Grossman and Case hadn't shared any recent images of themselves together, it's unclear when they split up.

Grossman was Hope's plus one for a friend's wedding. She shared a photo of herself and Grossman on her Instagram story. Grossman later shared the same image on his Instagram story.
It didn't take long for the couple's photo to go viral, and people speculated on a Reddit post that Hope and Grossman were dating.
"I could swear I saw a picture of the two of them at the Daytime Emmys that made me go 'Hmmm…'. I think they are dating in real life. They kiss like two people dating in real life," wrote one user.
