The Suicide Squad Star Pete Davidson Shares New Details About His Task Force X Costume

We haven't been getting any new updates on The Suicide Squad since the film wrapped earlier this year. Luckily, Pete Davidson has some interesting new details to share about the DC Extended Universe flick. The Saturday Night Live comedian has just revealed some information about his Task Force X costume in the Warner Bros. movie.

Davidson recently spoke to Yahoo Movies UK where he spoke about wearing an unusual costume in the comic book film.

"I was in a big, uncomfortable costume," Davidson said. He also admitted that his character used guns for most of his scenes.

"I think that would be a big difference. I got to hold Glocks and stuff like that," Davidson said.

That doesn't really tell us much about his character but Davidson went on to state that he enjoyed working on The Suicide Squad as well as his other project The King of Staten Island.

"They were both really fun to work with, everybody was really open and honest and the cast and crew was just so much fun. Honestly, I've been really fortunate and lucky to have great experiences with both films," Davidson said.

For now, we don't know much about Davidson's character in the DCEU flick. However, there is a huge chance that director James Gunn will finally drop the trailer for the movie before the end of the year.

The Suicide Squad is scheduled for release on August 6, 2021.
