Though everyone had been pessimistic about the release of The New Mutants, the latest trailer actually had people more excited for the release. With the movie set to come out in April, we now have a new poster that really hones in on the horror element of the film.

It's very simplistic when it comes to the design, but it does pull off the creepy feel that the movie is going for. If anything, we should expect more variations of the promotional material as the release date draws nearer.
Though The New Mutants has had quite the problem coming to screens, it's said that the version that's releasing in theaters will be the original vision of director Josh Boone. With a lot of movies being heavily altered like X-Men: Dark Phoenix, it's great to see one project be true to the creators' vision. We know this is the last hurrah of the Fox X-Men franchise, so hopefully, it comes out a fun film.
20th Century Fox in association with Marvel Entertainment presents "The New Mutants," an original horror thriller set in an isolated hospital where a group of young mutants is being held for psychiatric monitoring. When strange occurrences begin to take place, both their new mutant abilities and their friendships will be tested as they battle to try and make it out alive.
