There's no denying that this season of The Mandalorian has generated mixed reception from the Star Wars fandom and it sounds incredibly bollocks how the once-celebrated spinoff series has become as polarizing as it is.

For starters, fans think the show's pacing has been quite slow compared to the first two seasons. Secondly, the sudden shift in its creative direction has also drawn major criticism from viewers and critics alike.

You see, not everyone is thrilled with the idea that the show, which was predominantly centered on Pedro Pascal's character Din Djarin has been giving more attention to Bo-Katan Kryze's arc, making it seem like Mando is only playing second fiddle in his own show.

Now, it seems like Season 3's finale will irritate fans even more with its rumored runtime. According to DiamondFireYT, Chapter 24 is only 38 minutes long, and while nothing has been officially confirmed yet, the idea of Season 3's finale being shorter than your typical Mandalorian episode doesn't sit well with fans.

The rumor spread like wildfire all over Twitter and understandably left many scratching their heads. Check out some of the reactions below:

The last two finales clocked in at 49 minutes and 47 minutes respectively and given how Season 3's plot has been the most action-packed yet, one would assume that it will be given a much longer runtime than regular episodes.

Of course, there's a good chance Lucasfilm is after the quality but still, given how chaotic the last few episodes have been, 38 minutes don't seem enough, especially for a finale. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

The Mandalorian Season 3 is streaming on Disney+.
