There's been a lot of chatter within The Mandalorian fandom surrounding The Armorer and her actual motives. You see, in the last two seasons, the character has served as one of Din Djarin's biggest allies and at times has been presented as his guide to understanding the true Mandalorian "way".
In the ongoing season, fans have noticed a drastic change in The Armorer's behavior and demeanor, with some theories even suggesting that she's secretly one of the show's villains. Over the last couple of episodes, viewers have grown incredibly suspicious of her actions, especially after Chapter 23.
Now, Star Wars fans might have just found the biggest hint that could prove The Armorer's potential villainous turn. Taking to her Instagram stories, Swallow shared a reel of co-star Giancarlo Esposito with the caption "I'll be your wingwoman anytime".
While this could mean anything, a lot of folks believe Swallow is actually dropping clues about The Armorer's true relationship with Moff Gideon, something that has been speculated by fans this season.

The theory surrounding The Armorer's possible alliance with Moff Gideon began in Chapter 21, after Captain Teva discovered shards of beskar alloy on the ship meant to take the Imperial commander to Coruscant.
Chapter 24 took it a step further after Gideon and his team of Imperial troopers showed up sporting their suits made up of the Mandalorian iron. Obviously, The Armorer is the only one in the galaxy who has the ability to forge beskar, unless there are other smiths the show has yet to introduce.
Lastly, when the Imperial forces attacked the Mandalorians, The Armorer conveniently wasn't present during the ambush after flying Bo-Katan's ship back to the fleet. It's not coincidental if you ask me.
