While details surrounding the upcoming season of the hit Disney+ series have remained scarce for two years now, Season 2's cliffhanger finale pretty much gave us a preview of what to expect and it's a showdown between Din Djarin and Bo-Katan Kryze to determine which Mandalorian warrior is worthy of sitting atop the Mandalore throne.

Fans who attended Day 1 of Star Wars Celebration had the privilege of seeing the teaser trailer for Season 3 and while the footage has yet to hit the internet, several leaks have already surfaced online which, of course, no longer comes as a surprise.

What can be considered a surprise is the apparent villainous turn of Bo-Katan in Season 3 and according to the folks who've already seen the teaser, it looks like she will play a more antagonistic type of role in the show. Not only that, but the character, played by Katee Sackhoff is now sporting a different hairstyle and ditched her slicked-back hair.

Intriguingly, Bo-Katan is seen sitting on a throne as she awaits Mando. Could it be an indication that she actually won back the right to wield the darksaber? Check out the leaked image below:

Lucasfilm has tried its best to neutralize the said leaks but unfortunately, to no avail. Hopefully, the company will finally make the teaser trailer available online for the rest of the world to enjoy.

The third season of The Mandalorian is confirmed to be hitting Disney+ in February 2023.
