The Golden Spoon Episode 6 Recap
The Golden Spoon Episode 6 sees Yeojin trying to implement her plan by throwing a fake golden spoon into the lake. At the same time, Seungcheon unconsciously expresses his desire to exchange lives with Hwang Taeyong again. Yeojin asks him to he Hwang Taeyong and announces her plan to marry him. Seungcheon feels anger and compassion when he sees his family in a miserable situation, living inside Yeojin’s family’s house and being pressured to pay for the debt.
On the other hand, Na Juhee faces a crisis when she finds out that her father’s business is going downhill because Taeyong’s father withdraws his investments. President Hwang also cancels their arranged engagement. Knowing how difficult the situation is for Juhee, Seungcheon asks her out on a date and spends a nice time with each other as they forget their problems just for a while.

Lee Jong Won Remembers A Glimpse Of His Past In The Golden Spoon Episode 6
As he defies his father’s decision to cancel the arranged marriage with Juhee, Taeyong suddenly remembers that he was caught up in a terrible incident six years ago. He secretly searches his stepmother’s room to find out the secret and finds a newspaper article reporting the mysterious event.
Taeyong notices that the reporter who covered the incident moved to a broadcasting station run by Juhee’s father and that he was reported missing years ago. He goes to President Na’s home to ask for details about the incident.
President Na tells him what happened six years ago, highlighting the fact that Taeyong had killed his friends during that incident. Shocked and unable to accept the truth, Taeyong goes wild.
The next day, he finds out that President Na died the night he visited. President Hwang reminded him not to speak up about the incident and that he should never tell anyone that he had visited President Na.

Yook Sungjae Abandons His Family Again In The Golden Spoon Episode 6
As soon as Seungcheon makes it clear to Yeojin that he will never need the golden spoon again, the latter asks her father to kick them out of their house because she thinks he is no longer worth participating in her plans.
CEO Oh, Yeojin’s father, tries to flirt with Seungcheon’s mother, saying he will relieve them of their debts as long as she spends the day with him. Seungcheon’s mother escapes the unpleasant situation.
Seungcheon is on his way home when he witnesses CEO Oh confronting her mother and is furious and tries to interfere. But Yeojin stops him and reminds him that they have no money and that hurting her father will only bury them with more debt to pay.

Seungcheon forced himself inside Taeyong’s home to have a meal. And within a few minutes after devouring his food, he becomes Hwang Taeyong again.
