Marvel Studios has released the "House Arrest" TV spot for Ant-Man and The Wasp, and it shows Scott Land a.k.a. Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) in house arrest but Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) and Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) ask for his help to take down a villain called Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen), who apparently can destroy the world. It seems she's a way smaller threat compared to Thanos but I'm sure it will still be exciting to see the pair of superheroes take her down. We also learn that it's been a while since Scott Lang has been in contact with Hope and Pym.
Synopsis:
From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink: "Ant-Man and The Wasp." In the aftermath of "Captain America: Civil War," Scott Lang grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he's confronted by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from their past.
Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man & The Wasp stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Pena, David Dastmalchian, Randall Park, Laurence Fishburne, Michelle Pfeiffer, Hannah John-Kamen, and Michael Douglas, and it's set to release in theaters on July 6. Avengers: Infinity War is still showing in theaters.
