We're just a few days away from the premiere of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier and the final trailer for the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe series has just been dropped. Interestingly, we now get to see just how intense the fight between Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes against The Flag-Smashers is going to be.
The trailer opens with a longer look at Sam training with Captain America's shield, which he says still feels like it belongs to someone else. However, Bucky is quick to point out that the shield represents a lot to other people.
Of course, the shield is still Captain America's symbol and Sam later declares during a speech that symbols are nothing without the men and women who give them meaning. It's a point that is repeated by a political figure who claims that the people need someone to inspire them again.
On the other hand, some people just want the world. That's what Karli Morgenthau tells Sam as they face off. "It doesn't have to be a war," he tells her. However, she disagrees and he attacks.
We also get a longer sequence of the fight on top of the moving trucks where Bucky is attacked by the Flag-Smashers. Although they try to throw Sam off a truck, he simply flies away. However, this could only be a small glimpse at all the action in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is the second MCU series to premiere on Disney+ after WandaVision. The pilot episode will air on the streaming service on March 19.
