Earlier this year, Star Wars fans were given a dramatic end to Lucasfilm and Disney's popular Star Wars animated series, Star Wars Rebels. A lot of important events happened in during the finale of Star Wars Rebels season 4.
Not only did the final episode of the show bring back Ahsoka Thano, it also showed Hera's child with Kanan, Jacen Syndulla. It definitely put a wrap to a well-loved series.
Now, those who want to re-live the action from the final season of Star Wars Rebels finally can because Lucasfilm has just announced that season 4 of the series is finally going to be made available on Blu-Ray and on DVD on July 31.
The final season isn't the only thing that fans are getting if the buy the Blu-Ray copy though – they'll also be able to go behind the scenes with the series various featurettes.
Here's what Lucasfilm wrote when they made the announcement on the official Star Wars website:
"Listen as Executive Producer Dave Filoni shares his wisdom on six audio commentaries, and go inside the show as the series' creators explore what brought Ezra, Kanan, Hera, Sabine, Zeb, and Chopper to the end of their journey in the extra 'Ghosts of Legend.' Learn about the nature of the Force as Filoni shares insights into the power that binds the galaxy together in Rebels and across the Star Wars saga with the special, 'Forces of Rebellion.' Meet the mastermind behind the score from the series in a special behind-the-scenes feature on the composer, 'Kevin Kiner: The Rebel Symphony,' and discover what inspired the show's most enduring musical themes."
