Netflix has released the trailer for its upcoming dark comedy, The Brothers Sun. After seeing the trailer, you'll be impressed with the cast of The Brothers Sun. Here's who stars in the TV series.
Michelle Yeoh as Eileen "Mama" Sun
Michelle Yeoh stars in The Brothers Sun as Eileen "Mama" Sun. She is an observant character who has moved to Los Angeles with her son. They escaped her past in Taiwan and have now created a new life for them.
Yeoh is a talented and well-known actress. She recently starred in Everything Everywhere All at Once and Crazy Rich Asians.
Justin Chien as Charles Sun
Justin Chien stars in the series as Charles Sun. He is the first-born son of a crime boss and was groomed to follow his father's footsteps. When he gets older, he moves to Los Angeles so he could protect his mother and younger brother.
But upon arriving, he becomes torn between following the life he was raised to pursue or the possibility of a life he could build for himself.
Chien is famously known for Two Sides: Unfaithful.
Sam Song Li as Bruce Sun
Sam Song Li plays Bruce, the younger son of Eileen. Since he came to the US as a young boy, he has very little memory of Taipei. He also doesn't have any idea what his family's past is.
So when his older brother, Charles, steps into his life, he becomes surprised with this new life ahead of him.
Li is famous for his roles in Better Call Saul and Take the Night.
Highdee Kuan as Alexis
Another actress to look forward to in the series is Highdee Kuan, who stars as Alexis. She is a driven and ambitious woman who works as an assistant DA.
Kuan starred in This is Us and Fear the Night.
Joon Lee as TK
Joon Lee stars in the series as TK, Bruce's best friend. Unlike Bruce, TK wants to become a gangster. He idolizes Bruce for being loyal, smart, and tough.
He previously starred in Neh and Dated.
