With The Boys season 4 fast approaching Prime Video, fans of the series have to do a little recap of what happened when we last saw them. Considering that, here are The Boys season 4 spoilers, plot predictions, and theories that we can expect.

Billy's Powers Go 'Wonky' and Potentially Cheated on Becca
The problems are at no end for Billy Butcher, not even in The Boys season 4, unfortunately. According to leaked spoilers, Billy's powers will potentially get controlled by someone else.
As some fans surmised, whenever Billy would "hallucinate" Becca, it possibly meant that he had been under her control, considering that every decision he's made was to protect and save her.
While there are mixed feelings about Billy potentially having cheated on Becca when they were still together in the series, the comic version of The Butcher could come into play somehow.
Even though canonically, Billy had only found another love interest after his wife's death, some still saw this as a form of cheating.
Keep in mind that this hasn't been confirmed yet, as these are predictions. Some fans theorize that the plot twist about Billy's "cheating" is that someone else paraded as Becca under his nose.
Billy is Dying Soon Thanks to Temp V
By the end of The Boys season 3, Billy is diagnosed that his days of being one of the supers are about to come to a close. As the doctor said, "Months. 12, 18 on the outside."
"I'm really looking forward to seeing where this storyline goes," Billy actor Karl Urban previously said, "I just know that there's going to be a huge toll and a cost that is going to come back to haunt Billy."
The diagnosis comes from the fact that he had been far too exposed to the experimental drug called V24, which initially granted him superpowers.
However, too much dosage of anything would, of course, lead to consequences, as evidently shown.

Ryan Will Know the Truth About Homelander
Even though Becca had the right to tell her own son the truth about what Homelander did to her, she couldn't risk losing Ryan.
However, The Boys season 4 truly opens up the door once they do get the chance to sit down and expose the evil Homelander he had been hiding from Ryan all this time.
Sister Sage and Firecracker Are Bad News
Don't let their costumes fool you. Sister Sage and Firecracker may be looking badass, but they're on Homelander's side.
Though we don't know what plans they have in mind against society or The Boys' team, they're definitely bad news for working closely with Homelander.
The Boys Could Be Breaking Up (Again)
As the official synopsis Prime said about The Boys season 4, Butcher "lost his job as The Boys' leader." Additionally, "the rest of the team are fed up with his lies."
It is worth mentioning, however, that this isn't the first time that The Boys had to split up over the series. The question is, what would it take for the Butcher to gain their trust and earn his rightful place as their leader again?
