The Birds of Prey Greet Everyone a Happy New Year in K-Pop Inspired Promo

The New Year is almost here, and with Birds of Prey being the first DCEU film coming out in 2020, we have a new K-Pop inspired promo of Harley and the Birds greeting everyone a Happy New Year.

Check it out:

What's fun is, though Harley is at the center of all the marketing, we actually have her joined by the rest of the cast in the promo this time, complete with sunglasses and fireworks. At some point, you'd think they'd also have a separate promo for the villains being played by Ewan McGregor and Chris Messina.

Though the DCEU was moving toward a more kid-friendly vibe with Aquaman and Shazam!, Birds of Prey—like Joker—is said to be getting the R-rating. We don't know for what reason, but it's been listed down that the movie is going to have some extreme violence and some possible nudity.

Admittedly the DCEU is on a bit of a role these past few entries, but fans are still wary of calling the DCEU "fixed." If anything a lot of people are still waiting on that Snyder Cut of Justice League; plus they want some new entries featuring the big heroes of the franchise like Batman and Superman. Wonder Woman can't be the only trinity character with good movies, DC.

After splitting with the Joker, Harley Quinn joins superheroes Black Canary, Huntress and Renee Montoya to save a young girl from an evil crime lord, Black Mask in Gotham City.

Birds of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) is set to come out Feb. 7, 2020.
