Fans have been excited about the upcoming film The Batman as it will feature a new different take on the Caped Crusader. Everything that we saw in the trailer and the photos that were released look promising. There's no doubt that it is one of the most eagerly awaited films next year.
During a red carpet interview with Variety at the Academy Museum's premiere party, Batman himself Robert Pattinson shared that he has already seen some parts of the film. "I've seen some of the movie now and it's kind of really cool," he said. "It's really cool." In the same interview, he also hinted that there will be some surprises during the DC FanDome event.
Based on the interview clip, it sounds like Pattinson is enthusiastic about the footage that he has seen so far. It's great that he reacted positively to it as it makes us fans more excited about the film as well. Of course, he is the star so obviously, he would say nothing but positive about it. But then he said the words without the interviewer asking him about the quality of the film which at least indicates that he does genuinely feel that the film is "really cool."

It has been confirmed that a new trailer for the film will be shown at the DC FanDome event this October 16 where it is expected that they will showcase more footage. If we could take a guess, we might finally see the first physical look on The Riddler since we've only heard his voice during the first trailer. We might also get another look at Zoe Kravitz's Catwoman. Most especially, they could also give us a full look at what exactly the story is going to be about and the conflict that Bruce Wayne/Batman is going to face as he is on his second year as Gotham's Caped Crusader.
The Batman is set to be released in cinemas on March 4, 2022.
