After being quiet since the first season ended back in March, The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten is looking to make a splash soon as a special stage event is happening this October.
Details about the stage event were shared on the show’s website and Twitter account.
A special visual for the event was also shared, along with info on the special guests and venue.
While there’s not a lot of info yet about what will happen, fans can look forward to appearances by the show’s voice actors.
The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten Gets Special Event Featuring Main Cast
The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten is a romantic slice-of-life anime that aired in the Winter 23 season.
It may not have been the most talked-about show of that season, but it was still a standout as it was among the few shows that were not rocked by delays. After all, multiple big shows went on hiatus during that season.
While a second season has not been announced since Season 1 ended, fans will be happy to know that the series’ future is still bright. At least, based on the new event.
This special event will happen this October at the Belle Salle Shinjuku Grand Hall in Tokyo.
As with most anime stage events, fans who purchased the show’s Blu-ray/DVD releases will get advanced ticket purchase priority.
The event will also host the series’ main cast, including Manaka Iwami (Akane Kurokawa in Oshi no Ko), Taito Ban (Shizusumi Yagi in Given), Haruka Shiraishi (Asirpa in Golden Kamuy), and Taku Yashiro (Gugu in To Your Eternity).

The Angel Next Door Season 2 Possible Reveal at the Stage Event
Some anime get renewed for the next season shortly after the first season’s airing, just like Oshi no Ko and The Eminence in Shadow.
Others take some time before a new season is announced. In these cases, the second season announcement usually happens either in a stage event or in a big anime show like AnimeJapan.
As The Angel Next Door is getting an event soon, the show’s second season may be revealed there, especially as the main voice cast members will make an appearance.
If that’s the case, the second season will probably be released later in 2024 as it’s rare for anime to get released just a few months following a reveal.
