The Magical World of The Ancient Magus' Bride
The Ancient Magus' Bride follows Chise Hatori, a Sleigh Beggy — the in-universe name for someone very receptive to magic — who has been a magnet for misfortune her whole life.
With her entire family gone, Chise becomes the apprentice of Elias, an enigmatic magus who gives her a new home in England, where she meets all sorts of friends and supernatural beings, including her dog familiar, Ruth.
Unfortunately, this means that she attracts the supernatural in all its manifestations, for better or for worse, leaving her very vulnerable.
Thankfully, Chise's newfound family is always around to help, but the knowledge that her magic—and the curses she acquires along the way—might cut her life short looms over her.
In The Ancient Magus' Bride Season 2, we follow Chise and Elias' initiation to a mage society known as the College.
Chise and Elias are presented with the option to join the College to increase their knowledge, as well as for the College to study Chise's abilities and hopefully find a way to protect Sleigh Beggys from dying young.

Here's the Episode Count of The Ancient Magus' Bride Season 2
It has been confirmed that The Ancient Magus' Bride Season 2 Part 2 will have 12 episodes, similar to the first part, which also released 12 episodes in Spring 2023.
Therefore, The Ancient Magus' Bride Season 2 will have a total of 24 episodes encompassing the first and second parts.
Season 1 of The Ancient Magus' Bride also ran for 24 episodes, and it gave us a really good flavor of the setting, the magical system, and the characters.
Thankfully, the same is true for Season 2. That being said, the College arc is a bit different from the anime as we know it so far.
Since Chise joins the College, The Ancient Magus' Bride acquires school anime vibes for a while, and it might be hard to pull that off for too long without making the anime a bit monotonous.
Will There Be More Content for The Ancient Magus' Bride After Season 2?
Currently, it is not known if there will be more The Ancient Magus' Bride content after Season 2. However, we do think it could happen.
Over the course of several years, the anime has gotten OVAs and Specials beyond the main series.
Given that the manga is still ongoing, we can totally see new content happening, though it could take a little while given that there isn't much more manga material to cover now.
