Temuera Morrison Wanted Boba Fett To Return in The Mandalorian Season 3

There is little doubt that The Mandalorian Season 3 had a lot of Mandalorians except for one. Fans have pointed out that Boba Fett was notably absent from the third season of the Star Wars series. Now, Temuera Morrison has addressed his character's absence from the Disney+ show.

Temuera Morrison recently attended the SUPANOVA Comic Con & Gaming Convention in Melbourne where he stated that he was to be in the Star Wars show but he never got a call (via MSN).

"I was supposed to be in The Mandalorian Season 3 but nobody rang me. I was waiting for the phone call in New Zealand, waiting and wanting to give up," Morrison said.

He also joked about how Boba Fett should have been given the chance to upstage Din Djarin after the character stole his thunder in The Book of Boba Fett.

"Well that Mando guy stole a few chapters of my book," Morrison said. "It was painful watching him turn up with some black new lethal sword. And the way he turned up in my Book of Boba, he just destroyed everybody."

"I'm sure this guy is… ah… ruining my show. But I couldn't say anything. I'm not the writer, so I have to bear it I guess," he added.

We can't really blame Temuera Morrison for wanting to get some revenge on Din Djarin. Still, it looks like Boba Fett has been completely written out of The Mandalorian Season 3. On the other hand, fans are hoping that he will turn up again in the future seasons.

The Mandalorian Season 3 follows Din Djarin and Grogu as Din worked with Bo-Katan Kryze to unite the Mandalorians so they can take back their home world. However, they still needed to face off against Moff Gideon who had a history with Bo-Katan.

All eight episodes of The Mandalorian Season 3 are now streaming on Disney+.
