I think we can all agree that Lucasfilm hasn't utilized Boba Fett to his full potential and despite the rousing response his return in The Mandalorian's second season generated, his standalone series The Book of Boba Fett left nothing to be desired.

Even actor Temuera Morrison seems to echo the fans' sentiments regarding Boba being watered down in the MandoVerse, previously stating that he wants to see the character return to his badass ways.

If that wasn't frustrating enough, the character was bafflingly left out of The Mandalorian Season 3 and since then, fans have grown increasingly concerned about Boba's future in a galaxy far, far away.

Appearing on the Whatnot UK podcast, the New Zealand star said that he plans to pay Lucasfilm a visit to discuss his next Boba Fett appearance. The 62-year-old said that he'll make sure Disney doesn't put Boba on the shelf.

He said: "There's a few things happening in L.A... I'm looking to pop into L.A. on the way home to New Zealand... and see what's happening in the galaxy. This is why I was gonna pop in and see what's going on, and make sure they're not gonna put me on a shelf."

While the latest trailer for the Rosario Dawson-led series has yet to drop hints about a potential Captain Rex involvement, a recent image depicting the actor as the leader of the 501st has sparked theories about his long-overdue arrival,

Ahsoka is hitting Disney+ on August 23rd.
