TCGPlayer Responds to Magic: The Gathering Counterfeit Issues

TCGPlayer, the largest online marketplace for collectibles like Magic: The Gathering, has released a new video about what the company does to protect buyers from counterfeit cards. It features John McDonald, the General Manager of Buyer Services, talking about counterfeit cards and the TCGPlayer team dedicated to handling any order issues. According to John, only 0.0057% of transactions are fraudulent and involve counterfeit cards. Watch the weird video below:

Of course, this is a response to the recent Magic: The Gathering counterfeit issues including the time when a Magic player received a game loss for having fake cards in his deck.

I'm glad TCGPlayer addressed this issue in a weird but positive video that would give players the confidence to shop at their website.
