Supergirl Season 4 Adds Almost Human Alum Anthony Konechny

Supergirl Season 4 is adding yet another pretty face into their cast. Former Almost Human actor Anthony Konechny has just been confirmed for a recurring role in the CW series.

According to Deadline, Konechny will portray Agent Jensen, a DEO agent who is recruited by Chyler Leigh's Alex Danvers. The report reveals that the character will struggle to "find his footing at the DEO." Konechny will immediately be introduced in the first episode of the fourth season.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but does it sound like this guy will be trouble for Alex and the rest of DEO? I barely know anything about him but there's something shady about this man. Or maybe it's because I still remember him as the guy who almost got blasted by Scott Summers' power beam in the boys' bathroom in X-Men: Apocalypse. Still, I don't think Alex should trust him.

Konechny had a brief role as the Mandragora in Witches of East End. He also played MX-43 '1' in the cancelled Almost Human series. Konechny has small roles in 2014's Godzilla as well as Fifty Shades of Grey. Yeah, I still don't trust the guy, really.

Supergirl Season 4 was initially set to feature Brent Spiner as Vice President Baker. Unfortunately, the Star Trek alum had to bow out of the role due to scheduling conflicts. The character will be played by Tron: Legacy actor Bruce Boxleitner.

Supergirl Season 4 will premiere on The CW on October 14.
