As for the meaning of Suburra Eterna, we could take Suburra and combine it with the separate dictionary description of 'eterna', which means 'eternal, everlasting, imperishable.'
Just like Rome is nowadays known as the 'eternal city', Suburra Eterna refers to its underbelly – the eternal slum.
