Spring 2024 is coming in just a few weeks, and with it comes a bunch of new romance anime. Among these is the Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included anime, which confirmed its April release date recently.
What’s more, the show also got a release schedule announcement in Japan, which is quite unusual. That’s because the series will get an early streaming release in the country.
Studio Apartment Anime Cast and Staff
The Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included anime is based on an ongoing romantic comedy manga by matoba.
For its cast, the show has a lot of notable VAs, including:
- Shuichiro Umeda (Akira Tendo in Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead) as Shintaro Tokumitsu
- Hikaru Tono (Tomari Seto in Cardfight!! Vanguard overDress) as Towa
- Hana Tamegai (Risa Matoba in The iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls: U149) as Tsumugi Tsutsumi
- Saori Onishi (Ais Wallenstein in DanMachi) as Noel Izumi
- Yui Ogura (Onna Shinkan in Goblin Slayer) as Lilishka
- Kanon Takao (Hermit Mio in Edens Zero) as Hisui Tsurumi
Meanwhile, the show’s production is handled by Okuruto Noboru, the studio behind shows like Tomodachi Game and My Instant Death Ability Is So Overpowered.
Directing this series is Kenta Onishi (The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter), and he is joined by scriptwriter Shogo Yasukawa (Food Wars!) and character designer Yuya Uetake (Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl).

ABEMA to Stream Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included in March
Even though this upcoming anime is set to premiere on Japanese TV in April, the show will be streamed early.
Japanese streaming platform ABEMA confirmed recently that the show will premiere on March 30 – one week earlier than its TV broadcast date.
It’s not clear if the early streaming release will also be available internationally. Chances are that the show’s Japanese TV broadcast will be followed by streaming platforms outside of Japan.
Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included Gets April Release Date
Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included will premiere on Japanese TV on April 6 at 10:00 PM JST. It will first air on Tokyo MX, followed by a broadcast on BS NTV.
Currently, there’s no word on a streaming platform partner for the series outside of Japan. The show will likely be picked up by either Crunchyroll or HIDIVE.
As both platforms announce more shows ahead of each season, news about where the anime will be streamed should be shared in the coming weeks.
