Stephen Amell Hinted At Oliver Queen's Death In Arrow Season 7

The seventh season of Arrow is finally back after a lengthy hiatus following the crossover event Elseworlds. But is it possible that Oliver Queen isn't staying? Stephen Amell has just teased that his character could be meeting his end pretty soon.

Amell recently tweeted about taking a vacation with his family and being accosted by fans during his downtime. Interestingly, the post also hinted at Oliver possibly not surviving past Arrow Season 7. Take a look at the tweet below.

"Got an unexpected vacation with my family. Trying to chill. Bunch of drunk people are yelling 'Oliver Queeeeeennnn!!!' at me. Going to head over there shortly for a beer and tell them I'm only here because they killed my character," Amell wrote.

Of course, Amell is only joking and just wants to troll the fans who wouldn't stop bothering him. Nevertheless, some people are concerned that the tweet hinted at the future of The CW series. Is Oliver actually going to die soon? Could Arrow Season 7 be the final one for the show? Let's cross our fingers and hope we'll get to see more of Amell as Oliver in the future.

The back half of Arrow Season 7 is turning out to be a strange one. In I Am Emiko Queen, Oliver discovers that there is a new Green Arrow and she just happens to be his paternal half-sister. Will Emiko eventually take over as the new lead in the series?

Arrow Season 7 airs on The CW every Monday nights.
