Daisy Ridley and John Boyega have been working with each other in Disney's Star Wars sequel trilogy ever since J.J. Abrams started working on Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Now, it looks like Rey and Finn's story has finally come to an end with Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. While Ridley and Boyega are likely going to have to separate ways now that the Skywalker saga has come to an end, the two are enjoying their time together making the rounds for this year's Awards season.
The Hollywood Awards Season has been in full swing for the past few months with various guilds and academies recognizing the best films, actors, actresses, directors and crew members of 2020. This past weekend cinephiles were busy watching the British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards, and it looks like Ridley and Boyega shared a pretty sweet moment at the event.
The Rise of Skywalker stars was in attendance at the 2020 BAFTAs and earlier this week, Boyega decided to take to Instagram to share a sweet photo that the two had together at the event.
"Love you peanut," Boyega wrote on his post.

Ridley and Boyega have certainly had quite a ride playing Rey and Finn in The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi, and The Rise of Skywalker. Now that Episode IX has marked the end of the Skywalker saga, Disney is putting the Star Wars film franchise on a hiatus. It looks like there won't be any new movie until 2022. Until then, it's all Star Wars television for all of us.
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is currently screening in cinemas.
