Fans who have been wondering what it's like to be Han Solo are in for a treat. Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge has just unveiled the first trailer for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, which promises to allow visitors to pilot the iconic vessel.
The trailer focuses on the several switches and knobs that can be found in the Millennium Falcon. Random hands are shown flicking the switches on before a couple is shown zooming away into hyperdrive.
The description of the awesome attraction reads as follows:
"Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run coming to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge will put guests behind the controls of the most famous ship in the galaxy in one of three unique flight crew roles."
That's right, as the trailer shows, you can actually become the pilot of the Millennium Falcon. We're not sure yet if the experience includes having a Wookiee for a co-pilot or a quick peek at Lando Calrissian's cape collection but it certainly sounds like the best ride ever.
Galaxy's Edge also released an awesome trailer for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, which gives visitors the chance to be in the middle of a major conflict between the rebels and the First Order. The trailer itself features a close look at how the First Order ships work and tease at a huge attack from the Resistance.
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Rise of the Resistance are just two of the major attractions at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. The area will open at Disneyland in Summer 2019 and at Walt Disney World in Fall 2019.
