The Star Wars sequel trilogy will forever be remembered by fans as the trilogy that nearly put an end to the beloved science fiction franchise. But if we're being honest, not everything about it was a miss and despite the backlash it generated, it still had its redeeming qualities.

Say for instance Episode VII, while many saw it as a rehash of A New Hope, the 2015 film was undeniably a pretty solid flick overall and set the tone for modern-day Star Wars, until the succeeding films fell victim to poor creative decisions.

Speaking with IMDb at the Sundance Film Festival (via ComicBook), Daisy was asked what her favorite Rey moment throughout the trilogy was. Without any hesitation, the actress said she's most proud of The Force Awakens and the scene she filmed with Han Solo actor Harrison Ford.

Ridley shared: "Oh my gosh. The thing that springs to mind is in The Force Awakens with Harrison Ford, the little-known actor. He gave me that gun, I say something like 'I can take care of myself' or something. I was so nervous that when he was doing it I was like 'Oh my gosh, it's Harrison Ford.' So I was proud that I got through the thing and seemed fairly casual."

As for Daisy's future in a galaxy far, far away, the actress has been fueling speculation about her return to the franchise since last year. Many thought the next Star Wars project to hit the big screen would feature Rey, especially after it was reported that Damon Lindelof's film will be set years after the sequel trilogy.

Turns out that's not the case and the upcoming film will be headlined by two new characters. That's not to say though that Rey won't pull a Luke Skywalker and become one of the film's central figures.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is available to stream on Disney+.
