Star Wars: Daisy Ridley Confirms Her Support for Disney+ Shows

There is little doubt that millions of fans have been watching the new Star Wars shows on Disney+ but it looks like even the actors of the sequel trilogy are loving the projects as well. Daisy Ridley has just admitted that she enjoys watching the new shows and is eagerly waiting for The Mandalorian Season 3!

Daisy Ridley is currently promoting her latest project Sometimes I Think About Dying but despite her busy schedule, she admitted that she is trying her best to keep up with the new Star Wars shows.

“I haven’t watched all of them, but it’s just because of timing and stuff like that. But yeah, I mean the work everyone’s doing is amazing,” Ridley told TheWrap. She then confirmed that she is a huge fan of Pedro Pascal.

“I worked with Pedro Pascal and I was like, ‘This is really cool; he’s The Mandalorian.’ I still find it all very exciting,” Ridley confessed.

Interestingly, Ridley's Sometimes I Think About Dying co-star Parvesh Cheena then asked if she will be watching The Mandalorian Season 3. When Ridley said, "Sure!" Cheena revealed that he actually joined the cast of the third season.

“You might recognize someone’s voice,” Cheena said and Ridley was clearly delighted by the news. “Oh my God, that’s so cool!” she said.

We're not surprised that Daisy Ridley is trying her best to keep up with the new Star Wars shows. After all, the new projects are not connected to the sequel trilogy and are a completely different yet familiar experience for viewers. With that in mind, we can't wait to tune in for the third season of The Mandalorian.

The Mandalorian Season 3 has not yet been released but the fourth season is already in development. Din Djarin and Grogu will return to Disney+ on March 1, 2023.
