Star Wars: Cassian Andor Series Set Photos Reveal Tense Encounter with Stormtroopers

It looks like the Cassian Andor series has finally started production and the Rebels are already getting into some trouble. The new photos taken from the set of the Star Wars show reveal a tense encounter with Stormtroopers.

Fans have been waiting for updates on Andor for some time now and luckily, the series is finally moving forward. It was previously reported that Diego Luna is preparing to work on the Rogue One: A Star Wars Story prequel spin-off. Interestingly, things are working smoothly on the set as new photos have been revealed. Check them out here.

The scene appears to be a confrontation between Stormtroopers and some townspeople. Although it is unclear if Luna is in the sequence that is being shot, there is a possibility that Cassian could be involved. Hopefully, we'll get more updates from the production soon.

The premise of Andor is still a mystery considering that we don't know much about Cassian before he was introduced in Rogue One. There is a possibility that we'll get to see why he became a part of the Rebellion. In addition to that, fans are hoping to find out how he ended up having K-2SO as his companion although Alan Tudyk isn't a part of the series (at least, for now).

Andor will also bring back Genevieve O'Reilly, who had appeared in Rogue One as Mon Mothma. The series is currently in production and has not yet been given an official release date. However, it is expected to air on Disney+ by 2022. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
