It goes without saying that Sabine Wren is one of the standouts of the Ahsoka series and to longtime fans of the Star Wars Universe, it felt incredibly rewarding to see her finally make her long-overdue crossover to live-action.

Since the series started, it was crystal clear that Dave Filoni had plans to give Sabine a major upgrade and the first few episodes alone teased the character's potential connection to the Force.

Now that all is said and done, we can confirm that Sabine is indeed a Jedi herself, as revealed in the climactic moments of Episode 8. However, it appears that Star Wars already made the confirmation days before the release of the Ahsoka finale.

While Ahsoka's sixth episode dropped major hints surrounding Sabine's true status as a Jedi courtesy of the Nightsisters, the show still didn't give a definitive answer, leaving fans quite confused.

The finale officially confirms that Sabine is indeed a Jedi and a skilled Force user at that but apparently, Star Wars already put the speculations to rest even before the finale premiered.

The franchise's official website (via The Direct) released a recap of the penultimate episode, referring to Ahsoka, Ezra, and Sabine as "our three Jedi heroes".

Although we already saw this coming, the massive twist to Sabine's character is still something that would take a lot of getting used to, especially considering previous material never really toyed with the idea of her being Force-sensitive let alone a full-blown Jedi.

All episodes of Ahsoka are now available to stream on Disney+.
