The official release of the very first trailer for the Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer has overtaken all other news bits for the upcoming Spider-Man film. In fact, some fans already forgot about the trailer leak until the official Twitter account of the film poked fun at it.

There was a low-quality video leak that came from TikTok. The leak was shared immediately all over social media. It was posted on Reddit, Twitter, and YouTube before Sony can work on removing the trailer from the internet.

The official trailer was released a day later which is why the leaked video was forgotten. However, the topic was once again brought to life by the official Spider-Man: No Way Home Twitter account.

The account has not been used since June. The last time it was active was when it replied to a fan account joking about fans cannot wait for the trailer's release.
After the account shared the trailer, it made sure to call out the ‘real ones' who are only watching the trailer for the first time. The account also poked fun at the fans who watched the leaked version, stating that what it was sharing is the OFFICIAL HD teaser trailer.

Spider-Man: No Way Home is set to be released on December 17, 2021.
