Spider-Man: Homecoming Detail Reveals How Tony Stark Truly Cared For Peter Parker

There is little doubt that Tony Stark has a soft spot for Peter Parker because of the boy's potential. Interestingly, a new detail from Spider-Man: Homecoming has somehow revealed just how much Tony truly cared about the young webslinger.

A Reddit post points out that there was a very big difference between Peter's room in Captain America: Civil War and Homecoming. After all, Peter only had twin beds in CivilWar while the Sony film showed that he had bunk beds. However, the difference may have little to do with a mere continuity error. There is a possibility that Tony actually upgraded Peter's room after they returned from Germany in CivilWar.

This isn't the first time that Tony provided some awesome new gadgets to a young friend. In Iron Man 3, he actually befriended little Harley Keener, who helped him fix Mark 42. By the end of the film, Tony showed his gratitude by sending Harley a few presents including a limited-edition Dora the Explorer watch.

The upgraded room in Homecoming isn't the only thing that proved Tony's love for Peter. This was also evident when he tried to convince the teenager to stay away from trouble in Avengers: Infinity War. Although Spider-Man proved to be a great help, the young webslinger also ended up being one of Thanos' victims in the end.

So what are the chances that Tony and Peter will be reunited in Avengers: Endgame? There's a possibility that the two are set for an emotional reunion before the events in Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Avengers: Endgame premieres on April 26, 2019. Spider-Man: Far From Home will hit theaters on July 5, 2019.
