Spellslingers is Back! And New Magic: The Gathering Core 2019 Commons Were Revealed

Geek & Sundry's beloved Magic: The Gathering show Spellslingers is back for its fourth season, and the latest episode gave us a glimpse of some common cards from the upcoming Core Set 2019.

First off, fans welcomed the return of Spellslingers that featured host Sean "Day[9]" Plott playing with Scorpion actor Ari Stidham. Watch it here:

Now, Redditors were quick to capture screenshots point out the Core 2019 cards revealed in the video but unfortunately, the quality of the images are not good. So far, I'm not that impressed with the cards in Core 2019. Just like many cards from previous Core sets, they look pretty generic but I'm sure there will be some cards that players will love in this set.

Core Set 2019 is set to be released on July 13, 2018. It is said to focus on revealing Nicol Bolas' nefarious plans in the epic war against The Gatewatch.
