Interestingly, besides his on-screen project, the 37-year-old heartthrob has recently purchased an incredibly luxurious real estate.

In a report obtained by Koreaboo, the KBS show Entertainment Company Live shared the award-winning star’s real estate portfolio, which includes his new property.
Based on the show’s episode, Song Joong Ki’s real estate portfolio is around 50 billion KRW or 40.3 million USD.
It includes his house in Itaewon which he purchased for 10 billion won in 2016 and is now worth 20.0 billion KRW or about $16.1 million USD.
Adding to the list of Song Joong Ki’s houses is the luxurious beach-front condo in Honolulu, Hawaii that he bought at 2.88 million USD.

Interestingly, the South Korean top star’s recent purchase is the luxurious villa at Cheongdam-dong in Gangnam, one of the country’s most expensive neighborhoods.
As mentioned by the outlet, the newly bought property is designed by world-renowned architect Rafael Moneo and boasts a view of South Korea’s iconic Han River.

With the area catering to the rich and famous of the country, the report also cited that Song Joong Ki is now neighbors with IU.
In the same report, the singer-actress purchased a villa amounting to 15.0 billion KRW or around 12.1 million USD which she acquired in cash.
