Shazam 2: Zachary Levi Teases Epic Showdown With Black Adam's Hawkman

It looks like we'll be seeing an epic showdown between two powerful DC comic book heroes. Shazam! Fury of the Gods star Zachary Levi has just teased an awesome face-off against Aldis Hodge, who will play Hawkman in Black Adam.

Levi shared a photo of himself with Hodge along with an intriguing caption.

"Hawkman and Shazam walk into a bar…that also happens to be a dope ass driving range that makes golf like bowling and I'm LIVING FOR IT!!!" Levi wrote. He then tagged Topgolf and added the hashtags #shazam, #hawkman and #supertincup.

Hodge had originally posted the photo with a longer caption that explains how he and Levi will be facing off in a game of golf. It's not as huge as a major fight between Shazam and Hawkman but Dwayne Johnson is clearly taking it very seriously.

"I don't care if it's golf, cooking or haiku poetry - if you don't beat Shazam's ass - you're never flying the Hawk Cruiser again!!" Johnson wrote in the comments on Hodge's post.

We would really love to see Shazam and Hawkman together and although there have been speculations of a crossover between Shazam! and Black Adam, that might not happen in the upcoming movies. Nevertheless, we're looking forward to it in the future. In the meantime, we'll have to settle for a golf game.

Black Adam is currently in production and is set to hit theaters on July 29, 2022. Shazam! Fury of the Gods is also expected to begin filming soon. It is scheduled for release on June 2, 2023.
