Shang-Chi Star Simu Liu Shares His ‘Marvel Quarantine Workout’

Though his movie isn't out yet, Shang-Chi's Simu Liu seems to be the happiest guy online who has been cast in a Marvel movie. With everyone posting up things they're doing in quarantine, Liu has decided to share his ‘Marvel Quarantine Workout'.

We don't know exactly how Liu is keeping himself fit for the role at home. At some point, some people say that it's impossible to have a superhero physique without the equipment available in a gym. Then again, maybe Liu has his own gym at home so he can just train there. For now, it's just great to see that Liu also has a sense of humor about him; not something you find with every other MCU hero like Chadwick Boseman or Chris Evans.

For now, everyone is wondering what we should expect with Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. With all the MCU heroes already proficient in fighting, it's going to be interesting to see a character whose main hook is that he's a martial artist. What's more, we're finally going to be meeting the actual Iron Man villain, the Mandarin. It's just kind of a waste that they had to kill off Tony Stark before he can have a clash with his comic nemesis.

Production has been shut down for Shang-Chi due to Coronavirus, but hopefully cameras can start rolling again by June. In the meantime, try your best to help flatten the curve, stay at home, wash your hands, and practice social distancing.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings comes out May 7, 2021.
