It seems like Simu Liu has been living his best life ever since joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The success of his debut film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings alone opened a lot of opportunities for the Canadian actor who was once struggling to get his name on the doors of Hollywood.

However, his growing popularity comes with a price and it turns out that the star of Kim's Convenience and the upcoming live-action Barbie film has been dealing with struggles of his own as of late. Taking to Twitter, Simu revealed that he's set to undergo therapy for his "problems" and while he didn't exactly go into detail, it's safe to assume that it's mental health related.

But judging by the tone of his tweet, it seems like it's nothing serious but hey, some actors have a knack for masking up their true feelings. He wrote: "About to start regular sessions with a therapist for the first time and quite honestly pretty incredible that I get to force someone to listen to my problems once a week and occasionally provide input??"

Whatever the Marvel actor is going through mentally, we're all pulling for him to overcome his problems. Check out his tweet below:

Meanwhile, details surrounding Shang-Chi's MCU future remain scarce as of now although rumors about Marvel Studios greenlighting a sequel have been rampant online. But if the post-credits of the 2021 blockbuster told us something, it's that the new Marvel hero will be a major player in the Multiverse Saga.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is streaming on Disney+.
