In his interview with People, Paul Rudd considered himself as a husband and father. He enjoys hanging out with his wife of 18 years, Julie, 53, and their kids, Jack, 17, and Darby, 12.
The Clueless actor said he never told anyone about his new title aside from his wife. She was "stupefied" after hearing the news. Rudd said his wife giggled and said something very sweet to him.
"Oh, they got it right," his wife told him. "And that was very sweet. She was probably not telling the truth, but what's she going to say?" Rudd said.
When it comes to the title, Rudd doesn't want to make a "false humility." He admits that "there are so many people that should get this before me."
Several netizens were happy about the result. Many of them were rooting for Rudd because he wasn't aging.

One netizen shared a clip where a lady was asked to choose between Paul Rudd and Chris Evans and the lady choose Rudd because "he's not aging." To her shock, she wasn't aware that both gentlemen were around at the time.

Last week, multiple sources confirmed to Page Six that Evans is People's Sexiest Man Alive in 2021. Evans fans were only waiting for the official announcement because they knew he deserved the title. So, many of them were sad that the title went to Rudd.
