Joe Biden's virtual fundraiser which featured the brief reunion of some of the Avengers franchise's cast was home to several laugh-out-loud moments but arguably the funniest bit came when Scarlett Johansson addressed her character Black Widow and her death during the fundraiser's trivia game segment. Her remark was too damn hilarious, it's gonna get you dying out of laughter.

In one part of the said trivia game hosted by the Russo brothers, Ant-Man actor Paul Rudd asked about Avengers: Endgame's intense Infinity gauntlet chase. Nobody seems to remember what went down during the scene but Scarlett chimed in, obviously feeling a little left out, and simply said: "I wasn't there so... sorry." Natasha Romanoff's heroic act in Avengers: Endgame still remains as one of the film's most emotional sequences and probably the dramatic highlight of the film, to me at least. However, I strongly believe that her death was completely overshadowed by Tony Stark's equally tragic demise during the film's final moments. Thankfully for Scarlett and her fans who were pretty pissed about Nat's lack of tribute in the film, it's almost guaranteed that the femme fatale will have a proper send-off via the upcoming standalone Black Widow film where all of the attention will be hers so I'm good with that.

Speaking of, Black Widow hits cinemas in May 2021.
