The Nation’s MC, Yoo Jae Suk, will be seen on TV again as the host of the tvN dating reality show.

Yoo Jae Suk has been leading countless variety programs and shows in the past three decades of his career. In fact, he made a massive contribution to making the shows popular internationally.

Among the projects he worked on — and is still working on — includes Running Man, Infinite Challenge, Hangout With Yoo, and Happy Together.

He will experience something new this time through tvN’s reality program.

Yoo Jae Suk Lands Hosting Gig in Skip

Korea JoongAng Daily quoted YTN’s Tuesday report regarding Yoo Jae Suk’s new reality show.

The tvN reality dating show, Skip, will be produced by Jung Chul Min, the producer whose brainchildren include Running Man and Sixth Sense. Yoo Jae Suk is also part of both programs.

Jung Chul Min revealed that he always goes directly to Yoo Jae Suk and asks him to be the main host of the shows he helms.

“It’s equivalent to a restaurant that doesn’t really change its head chef. I feel most comfortable working with Yu whom I fully trust,” the producer said.

Yoo Jae Suk’s Running Man co-star Jeon So Min and rapper Nucksal will join the Nation’s MC as co-hosts.

Skip will feature four women and four men going on blind dates. The dating show will be different from recent dating shows as this will center on one-day blind dates. With that, participants can choose to push the skip button and have the next date if they feel no chemistry with their first date.

Skip release date has not been confirmed, but it is expected to premiere in December.

Yoo Jae Suk Also Has Disney+ Survival Show

Yoo Jae Suk proved that he would always be in demand as he was also tapped to star with Lee Kwang Soo and Kwon Yuri in The Zone: Survival Mission.

The Disney+ variety show, which was released on September 8, explores the main cast’s capacity to survive in escape games.
